I2P Site Packaged Bluefish Configuration

This sets up a Bluefish configuration which treats the I2P Browser Profile as the default preview tool and always opens the built-in I2P site for editing. It makes it much easier to get started building your own I2P site if you don't want to muck about with hidden directories.
